Should the product come with or develop a fault due to manufacturing or original design, Ozenda will either repair or replace the faulty part or the whole equipment to ensure that you have a device fully functioning according to the promise Ozenda made prior to its purchase by you. The one-year warranty is standard with the purchase of any Ozenda hardware product.

Ozenda Premium Support includes, FREE from the date of delivery, a 90-day e-mail support to give you confidence that help is at hand to use the Ozenda product you bought, at its optimal capacity and functionality as your network grows and becomes more demanding. Ozenda offers feature rich products. Often as your network grows with more attached devices and functionality, it will demand more from your Ozenda equipment. With Ozenda Support, you have access to an Ozenda Expert who will be available to you on e-mail for 90 days to assist you in optimizing the product to suit the needs of your growing network.
