Founders
Bee Parashar, B.Sc., MBA - Chief Executive Officer Bee Parashar is a graduate in Economics (Hons) and an MBA with a successful background in leadership, strategy and decision making. Having operated in a number of international markets and successfully leading diverse functions involving marketing, strategy, sales and process creation, his judgement has a rich background to draw from. He is recognised as a skilled and experienced business ambassador with outstanding presentation skills.
Bee began his professional career in 1991 in large account sales and was associated with the launch of the Dell Brand in India through a strategic alliance. In 1995, Bee, together with a colleague, helped set up 3Com Corporation's operations in India. He launched the company, drove an aggressive plan and helped 3Com emerge as the revenue leader in the region. In 1998 he accepted a divisional position to oversee a number of 3Com's leading product lines world-wide representing $150 million in revenues. He helped to grow these by 40% while improving profitability. He also led the introduction of a number of new products and helped augment new product introduction processes. Bee left 3Com as Director of Marketing and Business Development in 2002 . Throughout his career, Bee has helped establish business priorities, provided leadership and executed these to improve top line and bottom line performance.
Mohinder Grewal, FCCA - Chief Financial Officer
Mohinder, a qualified accountant, has a wealth of experience in financial management, control and financial planning. In 1986, Mohinder joined Hitachi Sales UK Ltd providing financial information, analysis and support to the consumer goods division. It was during his six years at Hitachi, that he gained invaluable experience of large multinational company environment not only on the financial side but also gaining strong commercial acumen from working closely with senior product, sales & marketing and technical service management.
In addition to working in the commercial sector, Mohinder was a senior finance manager for three years at Housing 21, a not-for-profit organisation involved in social housing. During this time, he was involved with major changes to the strategic direction of the organisation, increasing operational efficiencies and treasury management, with raising of multi-million pound development funds with City institutions for new social housing projects.
In 1998, Mohinder joined 3Com as member of the divisional management team managing the multi-million dollar global switching product business line. He was the finance member of the team and was involved with issues including development of new products and platforms, product launch and marketing, pricing policy.
Prior to joining Ozenda, Mohinder has been a financial consultant providing financial support, implementing financial systems and producing short/long term financial plans for companies such as PictureTel, Compaq, Honda, Global Crossing, BACS and Goodrich Power Systems. |
